La Boulangerie started the way the best things do: with a recipe worth sharing and neighbors who couldn't get enough.
I'm Christi Soileau, and I bring the flavors of South Louisiana to my home kitchen here in The Woodlands. What started with king cakes during Mardi Gras season has grown into a full cottage bakery. Wedding cakes, birthday cakes, decorated cookies, cupcakes, you name it. Every order gets my full attention because this isn't a factory. It's my kitchen, my hands, my recipes.
Operating under Texas cottage food laws means I bake everything fresh for each order. No shortcuts, no sitting-on-a-shelf-for-days pastries. Just honest, handmade baked goods with Louisiana roots.
What We Bake
From five-tier wedding cakes to a dozen cupcakes for a birthday party. Every order is custom, every item is made from scratch.
King Cakes & Royalty Rolls
Our king cakes are built on a light brioche dough that sets them apart from the heavy, mass-produced versions you'll find everywhere else. Choose your filling, and we'll do the rest. Royalty Rolls are the same beloved dough, sliced and baked like cinnamon rolls, sold by the dozen. Same great taste, easier to share.
